Data collected

Account: email address and password (hashed). Profile: display name, former sites, period, job or programme, bio, optional photo. Contributions: testimonies, attachments, forum posts, private messages, reports.

Purposes and legal bases

Account and community management (performance of the service); publication of testimonies (explicit consent); directory (consent, can be withdrawn at any time); moderation and security (legitimate interest).

Visibility

Your email address is never displayed. The directory is visible only to signed-in members and only lists members who opted in. No personal data appears in page addresses.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active, then deleted on request. Moderation logs are kept as long as needed for the security of the service.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).

To exercise your rights, withdraw your consent to the publication of a testimony, request the removal of a testimony or deletion of your account, email gilbert.ollivier@hopegroup.fr.
